Custom storage starts with your belongings, then the space
Generic organizers fail because they are bought for a picture, not for your things. We start by sorting what needs to live in a space and measuring it: how tall the cereal boxes are, how many pairs of golf shoes, how deep the gift-wrap rolls run. Then we measure the shelves, drawers and walls and find products that fit both.
The result looks built-in even when it is not. Drawer inserts are sized to the drawer, bins fill the shelf edge to edge, and labels match across the house.
Awkward spaces we are often asked to solve
Las Vegas homes have their own odd corners. Common requests include:
- Under-stair closets in two-story homes; see under-stair storage organization
- Casitas and next-gen suites that need their own small kitchen and closet systems; see casita and guest suite organization
- Deep corner cabinets, blind pantries and oversized kitchen drawers
- Wall niches, lofts and bonus rooms without built-in storage
- Golf, pool and patio gear that needs a home inside because of summer heat
- Overhead garage racks and wall systems, organized in the October to April garage season
Products, not carpentry, and why that matters
We source and install organizing products such as drawer dividers, shelf risers, lazy Susans, door-mounted racks, stackable bins, file systems and label sets. That keeps the cost down and lets the system change as your household does.
When a space truly needs shelving, mounted rails or a closet system, we coordinate a handyman or closet company and organize the space once their work is done. If you are weighing a full custom closet, read our custom closet organizer page, which covers planning a build around your wardrobe.
Our guides to organizing products and what to buy and clear bins versus baskets explain how we choose.

How a custom storage session runs
A session moves from measuring to a finished, labeled space in one visit whenever products can be sourced ahead. At the consultation we photograph and measure the area, hear what needs to live there and agree on a look, whether that is clear acrylic for a pantry, woven baskets for a casita or heavy-duty bins for golf gear.
Before the working day we buy the recommended products so the team arrives ready. On the day we empty the space, sort with you, wipe surfaces, install the products, load everything back in its new place and label it. Spare products go back to the store on your behalf, and you get a short walk-through so the logic is clear to everyone in the household.
Heat, dust and new-build realities in Las Vegas
Storage plans here have to respect the climate. Items that heat damages, such as candles, wine, photographs, paint, electronics and makeup, should not live in the garage or an exterior storage closet, so we look for interior space first. Lidded containers keep fine desert dust off things you rarely touch.
New-construction homes in Henderson, Summerlin and the southwest valley often come with builder-basic wire shelving. Products that sit on or clip to that shelving can transform it without a remodel.

Cost of a custom storage project
A single awkward space usually fits in a four-hour session starting around $600 that includes planning, sorting, installing products and labeling. Larger multi-space storage projects run full days starting around $1,200. Products are added to the cost only for what you approve, and we return anything unused.
| Space | Typical approach |
|---|---|
| One under-stair closet or niche | Measure, source, install in a four-hour session |
| Casita kitchen and closet | Four hours to a full day |
| Several storage areas through the house | One or more full days |
