Custom estates in The Ridges need systems built for scale
The Ridges is a guard-gated enclave within Summerlin, set in the western foothills with views back across the valley and its own collection of smaller gated neighborhoods inside. Bear's Best golf course sits alongside it. Most homes are custom or semi-custom, and many are large enough that a single room, such as the primary closet, holds more than some entire households.
Size creates its own kind of disorder. When a closet has three walls of hanging space, an island and a shoe wall, belongings drift into whatever slot is open. The work here is less about squeezing things in and more about deciding what each zone is for and making that obvious at a glance.
The spaces we focus on in a Ridges home
Every estate is different, but the same handful of rooms tend to come up when owners describe what is not working.
- Primary dressing rooms: grouping by category and color, handbag and accessory display, a clear system for tailoring and dry cleaning returns
- Wine rooms and bar storage: arranging bottles so they can be found, separating everyday pours from cellar pieces, keeping glassware and bar tools near where they are used
- Catering kitchens and butler's pantries: entertaining serveware stored by event type, backstock rotated so nothing expires behind the front row
- Casitas and guest suites: stocked and reset so visitors find what they need without asking
- Three-car and larger garages: golf gear, cars, pool and patio supplies, with heat-sensitive items moved indoors
Working with house managers, assistants and other vendors is routine
Many households in The Ridges have a house manager, an executive assistant or a regular housekeeper, and an organizing project goes better when that person is part of it. We walk them through the finished systems, show where backstock lives and how labels are meant to be read, so the order holds after we leave. Our page on house manager organizing support covers how that handoff works.
We also coordinate with the closet company, designer or contractor when a room is being built or refreshed. They handle carpentry and installation; we plan what goes where and put everything away once the cabinetry is in.

Discretion matters, and the plan reflects it
Estate homes contain personal papers, valuables and collections. We work only in the rooms you agree to, we do not photograph the home without your permission, and decisions about what stays, goes to donation or gets sold are always yours.
Before the first session, send the gate the names on our team and tell us whether to check in with staff at the house. If your schedule is tight, we can work while you are away once the decluttering decisions are made, with a walk-through at the end.
Timing a Ridges project around the seasons
Indoor rooms can be organized year-round. Garages are booked between mid-October and April, because summer temperatures in a closed Las Vegas garage are too high for a full day of work and too high for storing wine, candles, art supplies or electronics.
Large estates usually take several full days with a team, and we will suggest a sequence, often closets and kitchen first, then secondary rooms, then the garage when the weather turns. For a broader view of the service, see our luxury closet organization page.
