Standard unpacking gets things out of boxes. A luxury move-in finishes the job: the coffee station works, the primary closet is hung by category in matching hangers, toiletries are set up in each bathroom, the pantry is labeled and the guest suite is ready. You arrive to rooms that function, not rooms that are merely clear.
This is a different service from our practical unpacking services, which suit people who want help working through boxes alongside them and are comfortable finishing some rooms themselves. Choose the luxury move-in when you want the entire house handled and styled, usually with a larger team over consecutive days.
What a full move-in setup includes
Every room is unpacked and organized in one coordinated plan:
- A room-by-room setup plan drawn up from your floor plan before the trucks arrive
- Unpacking, organizing and placing items with the logic you will use daily
- Kitchen, pantry, bar and coffee station fully set up and labeled
- Closets organized by category and color with hangers and accessories storage sourced to match
- Bathrooms, linen closets and laundry stocked and ready
- Sourcing and installing organizing products, with unused items returned
- Removal of boxes, paper and packing materials as each room is finished
- Coordination with your movers, handyman, closet company, junk removal or other vendors
Moving into Las Vegas from out of state
Many luxury moves here come from California and other high-cost markets, and a lot of buyers close on a new-construction home before they have spent a full week in it. Summer moves need extra care. Delivery trucks and garages get far hotter than the house, so we unpack wine, candles, artwork, electronics, makeup and photographs first and get them indoors and out of the heat. Garage organizing itself is scheduled for mid-October through April, so a summer move-in finishes the interior and books the garage for cooler weather.
How the move-in days run
We plan backward from the date you want to be living there. Kitchens and primary suites come first so the house can function, then children's rooms and offices, then guest spaces, storage rooms and closets with seasonal or occasional-use items.
On larger homes we split the team so several rooms progress at once, and one lead keeps track of what is finished and what still needs a decision from you.
Pricing for a luxury move-in
A full move-in setup is booked in full days, and a typical full-day unpacking project starts around $1,800. Larger homes take several days with a bigger team, and full-home packing and unpacking projects average around one to three weeks. Small follow-up sessions start around $600 with a four-hour minimum. Organizing products are added only with your approval.
