You run the household; we handle the heavy organizing lifts
A house manager juggles vendors, schedules, staff and the family's preferences. Projects like reorganizing a primary closet the size of a bedroom, setting up a pantry restock system or unpacking after a renovation can take a household team away from daily duties for days. We take those projects on so your staff can keep the home running.
You stay in charge. We agree the scope with you, work to the family's standards and preferences as you describe them, and check in with you rather than the principals unless you tell us otherwise.
Most engagements begin with a walkthrough of the spaces in question and a short list of the family's non-negotiables, such as how shirts are hung or which pantry items are never allowed to run low. Those details shape the plan more than any standard method.
Projects house managers bring to us
The work is often seasonal or tied to the family's travel. Common requests include:
- Wardrobe rotations and closet edits, with garments grouped, hung on matching hangers and labeled for staff
- Pantry, butler's pantry and beverage storage with restock levels marked so ordering is simple
- Linen closets organized by room and bed size
- Guest suite and casita setup before visitors arrive
- Arrival prep for second homes, unpacking deliveries and stocking storage
- Reorganizing after renovations, once contractors and cleaners are finished
- Garage and sports storage in the cooler months, from mid-October through April
Systems that work for staff, not only the family
In a staffed home, several people put things away: housekeepers, assistants, sometimes a chef. Systems need to make sense to all of them. We label at the shelf or inside drawers, keep categories consistent across rooms and leave reference notes or photos of finished spaces so new staff learn the layout quickly.
Restock levels are particularly useful in pantries and linen closets. A shelf label with a target quantity lets anyone see what needs ordering before a dinner party or a long weekend of guests. The same principle that runs a business supply room, which our par levels guide explains, works well in a large home.

Las Vegas estates have particular storage needs
Custom homes in places like The Ridges, Red Rock Country Club, The Summit Club, MacDonald Highlands and Ascaya often include very large closets, wine rooms, casitas, resort-style garages and storage for golf and pool equipment. Many are second or third homes used part of the year, so the house has to be ready on short notice.
Heat is the other constant. Wine, candles, art supplies, photos, electronics and fragrances shouldn't live in a garage or an uncooled storage room through a Las Vegas summer. We identify those items as we work and move them to climate-controlled space. Our luxury home organizer page covers estate projects from the family's point of view.
Discretion, access and vendors
We treat everything in the home as private. We don't post photos of client homes without permission, and we follow your access, security and gate procedures. If you need our team names in advance for the gatehouse or alarm company, we provide them.
We organize and source organizing products; we don't clean, repair, build closets or move furniture between properties. When a project needs a closet company, a handyman or junk removal, we coordinate with the vendors you choose.
