Luxury organizing is defined by the finish, the care and the discretion
In a large home the problem is rarely a lack of space. It is that generous closets, butler's pantries and storage rooms were filled quickly, without a system anyone in the household can follow. Our job is to give every room a clear logic and then finish it to the standard of the rest of the house.
That means matched hangers in the closet, consistent containers in the pantry, labels that are legible without looking like a warehouse, and nothing left half done. Our founders, Anai and Jason, believe true luxury lies in simplicity, functionality and peace of mind, and that is the brief for every estate project.
Rooms we typically organize in estate homes
Most estate projects touch the same handful of high-value spaces:
- Primary closets with handbags, shoes, jewelry and formalwear that need protective, visible storage
- Chef's kitchens, butler's pantries and coffee or beverage stations
- Bars and wine storage kept away from heat and direct sun
- Casitas and guest suites set up for visitors who arrive with little notice
- Resort-style garages for golf gear, cars and seasonal décor, organized between mid-October and April
- Home offices and paperwork that need privacy
Working inside guard-gated communities and busy households
Many of our luxury clients live behind gates in places like The Ridges, Red Rock Country Club, The Summit Club, MacDonald Highlands or Ascaya. We arrange access through you or your house manager ahead of time and keep the work schedule predictable around staff, landscapers and other vendors.
Discretion is part of the service. We do not photograph your home or your belongings without your permission, and what we see in your closets, files and safes stays private. Our page on privacy and discretion with a home organizer explains how we handle it.
If a house manager runs the home day to day, we can work with them directly so systems are documented and easy for staff to maintain. See organizing support for house managers.

Products are chosen to match the house, then returned if unused
Luxury organizing products should disappear into the room. We source acrylic, wood, woven and fabric pieces that suit your finishes, measure before buying, and install everything ourselves. Anything that does not earn its place is returned on your behalf, so you are not left with a stack of spare bins.
When a space needs more than products, such as new shelving or a closet reconfiguration, we coordinate with your closet company, designer or handyman rather than building it ourselves. Our guide to organizing products for a luxury home covers what tends to work.
What a luxury organizing project costs
Pricing follows time and team size, not the zip code. Focused sessions start around $600 with a four-hour minimum, and full days start around $1,200 for eight hours. Estate projects often run several days with a larger team so a closet or full wing can be finished in one push.
Organizing products are billed separately, and only for pieces you approve. We give you a clear scope before the first working day so there are no surprises.

Second homes and part-time residents
Las Vegas has many part-time residents who split the year between here and California, the Midwest or abroad. We can set up a home while you are away, reset it before you arrive for the season, and close it down when you leave, keeping heat-sensitive items out of hot storage. Our second home organization page has the details.
