A golf community changes what a house needs to hold
Red Rock Country Club is a guard-gated community in Summerlin built around two Arnold Palmer-designed golf courses, with the Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon to the west. Homes range from semi-custom single-family houses to large custom estates on the fairways.
Golf shapes the storage. A household with two or three players can easily own several bags, travel cases, shoes in multiple sizes, range balls, gloves, rain gear and a cart. When all of that lands near the garage door with no assigned home, the garage stops being a place to park.
Garage zones for clubs, carts and everything else
The fix starts with zones. We give golf its own area close to the door you leave from, with bags upright, shoes and gloves at hand height and backstock such as balls and tees in labeled bins above. Travel cases and seldom-used gear go higher or deeper.
Other zones follow: tools, pool and patio supplies, holiday decor and car care. Heat matters here too, so wine, candles, photographs, electronics and paint move indoors. Our golf equipment storage page goes into detail on gear, and garage work is booked from mid-October through April.
Inside the house: kitchens and closets built for hosting
Many club households entertain often, whether that is a post-round lunch or a holiday dinner. A kitchen that hosts well keeps serveware grouped by occasion, has a clear drink and bar station, and keeps everyday dishes separate from party pieces so nothing is hunted for while guests wait.
Primary closets in these homes are usually walk-ins, and the challenge is often two wardrobes plus golf apparel, which multiplies quickly. We separate performance wear from everyday clothing, set up a simple rotation for the short Las Vegas winter, and make sure shoes have a system rather than a pile.

Part-time residents and lock-and-leave homes
Some owners in Red Rock Country Club spend part of the year elsewhere. Coming back to a house that is ready, with a stocked pantry and closets reset for the season, takes planning. We can organize systems that make opening and closing the home simple, with labeled bins for linens, a checklist-friendly pantry and clear storage for seasonal items.
If you are away during the project, tell us who will let us through the gate and into the house, and we can share progress with you remotely. Maintenance and refresh sessions later in the year keep things from drifting between visits.
Costs and how we scope the work
Smaller projects start around $600 with a four-hour minimum, and many projects run a full day. Your cost depends on how many spaces are involved, how much there is to sort, the size of the team and whether products are needed.
We source bins, hooks, shelving accessories and labels when the plan calls for them, and we return unused products so you are not left with extras. Larger projects can be split across visits, inside rooms first and the garage once the weather cools.
