Spanish Trail is established, and many homes have been reinvented
Spanish Trail is a guard-gated community west of the Strip, roughly between Tropicana Avenue and Hacienda near Rainbow Boulevard, centered on the 27-hole Spanish Trail Country Club. It dates mainly from the 1980s and 1990s and includes custom estates, semi-custom homes and townhomes, with mature landscaping throughout.
Because homes here are a few decades old, owners often remodel kitchens, primary suites and closets. That creates a clear moment to get organized: everything comes out for the renovation, and only what deserves a place goes back in.
Townhome owners in the community face a different version of the same question: how to make older, smaller closets work for a modern wardrobe. Editing, slimmer hangers and a double rod usually go a long way.
Before the remodel: pack with a plan, not just boxes
When a kitchen or closet is being torn out, its contents need to go somewhere. We sort as we pack, so items you no longer want are donated instead of stored, and everything that stays is packed by category with labels that match the new layout.
That way, unpacking after the remodel is quick and the new space starts organized. Our pre-renovation packing page covers this in more detail, including how to keep daily essentials accessible while the work goes on.
After the remodel: set up the new space properly
Contractors finish, and the room is beautiful but empty. This is the best time to plan zones and drawer layouts carefully, because there is nothing to work around. We unpack, place items by use and frequency, add inserts and containers sized to the new cabinetry, and label where it helps.
We work with your contractor, designer or closet company on timing, but we do not build or install cabinetry ourselves. See our post-renovation organization service for how we fit into a remodel.

| Stage | What we do |
|---|---|
| Before demolition | Sort, edit and pack by category, label to the new layout |
| During construction | Keep an essentials kit accessible; contractors handle the work |
| After final clean | Unpack, plan zones, install organizing products, label |
Golf households and garages
With the country club at its center, many Spanish Trail homes have golf clubs, carts, travel bags and apparel to store. We give golf gear a dedicated garage zone near the door, keep accessories at hand height and move balls, tees and gloves into labeled bins.
Garages here face the same summer heat as everywhere in the valley. Wine, candles, photos, electronics and paint go indoors, and we schedule garage organizing between mid-October and April.
Getting to Spanish Trail and what it costs
Spanish Trail is reached from our studio in Cadence along the 215, a manageable drive across the south of the valley. Add our team to the gate list before each visit, and let us know if a contractor or house staff will be on site.
Smaller projects start around $600 with a four-hour minimum. Many remodel-related projects need a full day or more, typically around $1,200 for an eight-hour day. We source organizing products where needed and return anything unused.
