The southwest valley is a patchwork of neighborhoods
Southwest Las Vegas is less a single community than a collection of them. Spring Valley, an unincorporated area west of the Strip, has older 1980s and 1990s subdivisions and plenty of townhomes. Farther south and west, Enterprise has seen newer master-planned growth, and guard-gated golf communities such as Rhodes Ranch sit in between.
We tailor every project to the house rather than the zip code. Use the community pages for Rhodes Ranch and Enterprise if you live in one of those areas, or read on for what we see across the southwest generally.
Two-story homes: the loft and the stairs are the pressure points
Many southwest homes put every bedroom upstairs, with a loft or bonus area at the top of the stairs. That loft becomes the playroom, homework spot and laundry staging area all at once, and the stairs collect whatever is waiting to go up.
We help you give the loft one main job, then build storage around it: low cubbies for toys, a homework caddy, a basket system for items heading upstairs. Under-stair closets often hide extra space; our under-stair storage page shows how to use it.
- Pick one purpose for the loft and store for it
- Keep a single labeled basket at the bottom of the stairs
- Move laundry folding to the laundry room
- Use the under-stair closet for bulky, seldom-used items
Townhomes and condos need tighter systems
Spring Valley and the corridors near the Strip have many townhomes and condos, often home to people who work hospitality shifts or travel for work. Space is limited, and storage often has to be shared between a small garage and a few closets.
We focus on vertical storage, multi-use furniture storage and a careful edit. A small kitchen can be very efficient when only the items you use are in it. Our small home organizing guide has more ideas.
For condo owners without a garage, we also look at the storage cage or closet that comes with the unit. Labeled, stackable bins turn it into usable space for luggage, holiday items and extra household supplies.

Garages in the southwest, organized in the cooler months
From two-car garages in older subdivisions to three-car garages in newer ones, the southwest valley's garages tend to become the overflow room for the whole house. We sort, edit and zone them so cars can park inside.
Garage projects are scheduled from mid-October through April, since summer heat inside a closed garage is unsafe for a working day and damaging to candles, paint, wine, photos and electronics. We bring those items indoors and keep sturdier things in labeled, lidded bins that hold off the fine dust.
Booking from our Henderson studio
We drive to the southwest valley from our studio in Cadence, Henderson, usually along the 215. Start times are planned around traffic so you are not paying for the drive.
For a single room, plan on a four-hour minimum that starts around $600. Garages and multi-room projects are usually full days at around $1,200 for eight hours, and full-day move-ins start around $1,800. Organizing products are added only when needed, and we return anything unused. Read more on our pricing page.
