Resort-style amenities mean gear for every activity
Rhodes Ranch is known for its golf course and its resort-style community amenities, which shape what fills the garage and the hall closet. Golf bags, swim bags, tennis or pickleball paddles, bikes and scooters all need a place to land.
We set up activity stations near the garage entry, with one labeled bin or hook per person and per sport. Wet swim gear gets a drying spot so it does not end up in a backpack. Our golf equipment storage page covers the golf side in more detail.
| Activity | Where it lives |
|---|---|
| Golf bag, shoes and gloves | Garage station by the house door |
| Pool towels and swim bags | Hooks plus a bin near the back slider |
| Bikes and scooters | Wall-mounted in the garage |
| Racquets and balls | One shelf cubby per player |
A homes era that rewards an editing pass
Many Rhodes Ranch homes have now been lived in for a long stretch, and storage has slowly filled. Owners often tell us the closets are fine, there is just too much in them.
We begin with a full sort, so you can see every category in one place and decide what stays. Only then do we plan containers and layouts. That order keeps you from buying products for things you would happily donate. Our decluttering services explain how we keep the process comfortable.
Kitchens are often the first place to see results. Two decades of gadgets, mugs and food storage containers can be pared back to what you actually use, then arranged so the most-reached-for items sit closest to where they are needed.
Closets for every stage of family life
Some Rhodes Ranch households have toddlers, some have teenagers and some are empty nesters with spare rooms full of old school projects. Each stage needs a different closet setup.
For young kids we use low rods and picture labels. Teens get more hanging space, a shoe zone and a sports gear spot. Empty nesters can turn a child's room into an office or guest suite, with keepsakes boxed and labeled for the kids. See our empty nester home organization page.
Teen rooms in particular benefit from a reset before each school year. We clear out last year's papers, rehome sports gear that has been outgrown and give the desk area a simple layout that leaves room for homework.

Garages, scheduled in the cooler season
We organize garages from mid-October through April, when it is safe to spend a full day inside one. Southwest valley summers push closed-garage temperatures far above the outdoor reading.
During the project we move heat-sensitive items such as paint, candles, photos and electronics inside, then zone what remains: tools, holiday decor overhead in labeled bins, and the activity stations near the door.
Gate access and getting started
Rhodes Ranch has a staffed main gate, so we confirm our names and arrival time with you before each session. We drive in from our studio in Cadence, Henderson.
Shorter sessions, suited to one closet or the pantry, begin around $600 with a four-hour minimum. A full day, typical for garages and multiple rooms, generally runs around $1,200. Products are added only when needed and unused items are returned for you. Neighbors in the wider area can also see our southwest Las Vegas page.
