Where Enterprise is, and why its homes are so new
Enterprise is not a city but an unincorporated town governed by Clark County. It stretches across the south and southwest valley, roughly from the Strip area west toward the mountains, and it has grown rapidly with new subdivisions over the past two decades.
That growth shapes what households need. Most homes have modern layouts with open kitchens, walk-in pantries and generous garages, but owners often moved in quickly and never finished setting up. The work tends to be building systems in a house that already has the space.
Next-gen suites and casitas for multigenerational living
Many newer floor plans in the southwest valley include a casita or a next-gen suite with its own entrance and kitchenette. Families use them for parents, adult children, long-term guests or a home office.
We organize these spaces as small, self-contained homes: a working kitchenette, labeled bath storage, a closet sized to the person living there and clear boundaries with the main house. For an aging parent, we put daily items within easy reach. See our casita and guest suite organization page.
- Kitchenette stocked for daily use, not overflow
- Bathroom storage labeled for the resident
- Closet set up for one person's wardrobe
- Shared items kept in the main house
Move-ins are the most common Enterprise project
With so many new homes and relocations, unpacking is where we spend a lot of time here. We set up the kitchen, beds and bathrooms first, then move room by room, breaking down boxes and removing packing materials as we go.
If you are arriving from another state, we can also receive the moving truck and get the house working before you walk in. Our unpacking services page explains how a typical move-in day runs.

Builder pantries benefit from a few smart upgrades
Walk-in pantries in newer Enterprise homes usually come with fixed wire shelves that are deep enough to lose things on. A few products change that: shelf risers for cans, clear bins for snacks and baking, turntables for oils and a labeled zone for bulk backups.
We set the pantry up by how your household eats, with kids' snacks low and party supplies high, so restocking after a grocery run is fast. Our pantry organization page shows more examples.
Garages that stay usable through the seasons
Three-car and tandem garages are common here, and they fill quickly with boxes, bikes, holiday decor and tools. We zone them by use and lift seasonal storage overhead so cars can park inside, which matters in summer.
We schedule garage projects from mid-October through April. Garage temperatures in July and August are too high for safe work and for storing items such as candles, wine, paint, photographs and electronics, which we bring indoors. Read more about garage organization.
Southwest valley garages also collect fine desert dust from nearby open lots and construction, so we favor lidded bins over open baskets for anything stored long term.

Getting a project on the calendar
We drive to Enterprise from our studio in Cadence, Henderson, via the 215. We will recommend start times that avoid the worst traffic and plan the team size for your project.
Focused sessions start around $600 with a four-hour minimum. Garages and multi-room projects typically take a full day, around $1,200 for eight hours, and full-day move-ins start around $1,800. Products are quoted separately, and unused ones are returned for you.
