We handle the boxes so you can handle everything else
A separation brings a long list of conversations, appointments and logistics. Packing, sorting and setting up a home can be one more heavy thing at a time when there is little energy left.
Our role is narrow and practical. You tell us what is going and what is staying, based on your own agreements or plans, and we do the sorting, packing, labeling, unpacking and organizing. We are discreet, and we keep conversations focused on the work. Our page on privacy and discretion with a home organizer explains how we handle personal homes.
Separating shared belongings into two clear groups
When items are being divided, clarity helps everyone. We work from the list or decisions you give us and keep each person's items physically separate and clearly labeled, so nothing is packed into the wrong box by mistake.
For shared categories like kitchenware, linens and tools, we pull everything together so the split is easy to see. Items still undecided can be grouped and set aside in one labeled place until you are ready, rather than mixed in with everything else.
- Separate staging areas for items going and items staying
- Boxes labeled by destination home as well as room
- Kids' belongings packed so they can be found quickly in either home
- Important papers kept together in one labeled box that travels with you
- Undecided items held aside rather than packed
Setting up a new place that is only yours
Moving into a new apartment, condo or house after a separation is a chance to organize around your own habits for the first time in a while. We unpack and set up the kitchen, closet, bath and living spaces in a way that suits you, and we help you list what is missing so the home works from the first night.
If the new place is smaller, we help you make room for what you brought. Our unpacking services page covers that work in detail.

Resetting the home you are keeping
If you are staying in the house, half-empty closets and cabinets can feel unsettling. A reset helps: we reorganize the spaces so they look intentional, move things you use into the prime spots, and clear out what you no longer want.
You decide what stays. Whatever you choose to release, up to a carload can go with us when the session ends, and valley options include Goodwill of Southern Nevada, Opportunity Village and The Shade Tree. Our decluttering services page describes how a session runs.
Two homes for the kids
When children split time between two homes, simple systems help them settle. Some families choose duplicate basics such as toothbrushes, chargers and pajamas in each home so less has to travel. A labeled bin or hook by the door for school items helps with handoffs.
We can set up kids' rooms and closets in both homes if both are in the Las Vegas Valley and both parents want that. Our kids' closet organization page has more ideas.

Scheduling and cost
Packing or setup help after a separation starts around $600 for four hours, and a typical full day of packing or unpacking starts around $1,800. Many people split the work across a packing session at one home and an unpacking session at the other.
We schedule around the dates you give us, including move-out dates and the days the kids are elsewhere.
