Think of a whole-home project as a set of full days, not one price
There is no flat whole-house rate because no two homes hold the same amount. A 2,000-square-foot home with light belongings and a clear vision may need a couple of days. A larger home with a casita, a three-car garage and years of accumulated paperwork and toys will need more.
The consultation turns that uncertainty into a plan: which rooms, in what order, how many organizers and roughly how many days. You see the scope before any work starts.
How rooms usually group into days
This grouping is a starting framework. Real homes vary, and decluttering-heavy rooms can take a full day on their own.
| Day | Common focus | Why it goes here |
|---|---|---|
| Day one | Kitchen and pantry | Daily-use spaces give the fastest relief |
| Day two | Primary closet and bath | Heavy decisions, best done with you present |
| Day three | Kids' rooms, playroom, laundry | Systems the whole family uses |
| Day four | Office, paperwork, guest room or casita | Detail work that benefits from clear zones elsewhere |
| Cool-season day | Garage | Scheduled mid-October through April only |
Phasing lets you control the budget without losing momentum
You do not have to book every day back to back. Starting with the two or three rooms that cause the most stress and returning for the rest later keeps each invoice manageable. The systems built in the first phase also show you what you like before you commit to more.
Phasing fits Las Vegas life well. The garage naturally waits for cooler weather, and many families save the playroom or kids' closets for a pre-school-year reset in early August.
- Phase one: the spaces you use every morning and evening
- Phase two: storage-heavy rooms and shared family areas
- Phase three: the garage, in season
- Ongoing: occasional refresh visits to keep it working

Team size changes the calendar more than the total
A larger team finishes the house in fewer calendar days. That matters when you are listing a home, hosting family, or settling in after a relocation. The hours of work stay roughly the same, so the bigger benefit is time rather than savings.
The team recommends a size based on your home and timeline, and you can ask for a smaller crew over more days if that suits your schedule better.
What is and is not included in the daily cost
The organizing time covers sorting, decluttering support, space planning, setting up systems, labeling and the final reset of each room. It also covers preparing donations and coordinating next steps for things leaving the house.
Organizing products are added separately and only when needed, with unused items returned. Trades such as carpentry, shelving installs, cleaning and hauling are separate vendors the team can coordinate. Read more on the whole-home organization service page and the main pricing page.
