Modern architecture leaves nowhere for clutter to hide
Ascaya is known for contemporary custom homes on terraced hillside lots with sweeping views across the valley toward the Strip, in the same hillside setting as neighboring MacDonald Highlands. Walls of glass, floating stairs and open-plan living make every surface visible. A single stack of mail on an island changes how the whole room feels.
We design storage so the visible rooms stay calm. Everyday items get concealed homes in drawers and panel-front cabinets, and anything that stays on display is edited down to a few deliberate pieces. Our luxury home organizer service is built for this level of finish.
Glass-front closets need edited, color-ordered wardrobes
Many contemporary primary suites include glass-front wardrobes, lit shelving and a center island. In a closet that is also a showpiece, consistency matters: matching hangers, even spacing, folded stacks of equal height and handbags filled and upright.
We edit the wardrobe with you, organize by category and color, and keep off-season and occasion pieces in a secondary closet. Jewelry goes into shallow divided trays inside the island so it is protected yet easy to see. The luxury closet organization page shows the details we pay attention to.
- Uniform slim hangers, one direction
- Folded knits in equal-height stacks
- Handbags stuffed, upright and spaced by size
- Accessories in lined, divided trays
Display pantries, scullery kitchens and wine walls
Ascaya homes often pair a show kitchen with a working scullery or butler's pantry behind it. The show kitchen should hold almost nothing; the scullery does the heavy lifting with appliances, bulk food and serving pieces.
We divide the two with clear rules, decant only where it adds function, and label shelves so a private chef or house manager can restock without guesswork. Wine walls and cellars are arranged by type or region with a clear section for bottles ready to open. Our butler's pantry organization page has more.

Move-in and new-build timing in a growing enclave
Because Ascaya is a newer community with homes still being completed, many owners are moving into a just-finished house. Finishing touches, landscaping and furniture deliveries often overlap with unpacking.
We plan around builder and designer schedules, unpack in sequence and set up each room once it is ready. If you are relocating from another city, we can receive deliveries and set up the home before you arrive. Read about our luxury move-in unpacking services.
Gate access, privacy and project logistics
Ascaya is guard-gated, and we confirm names, vehicles and arrival times in advance through you or your house manager. We do not photograph your home or share your address, and we only take images for your own records with your permission.
We are based in Cadence, Henderson, and work across the valley. Estate projects usually run one or more full days, typically starting around $1,200 for an eight-hour day. Products are sourced to the plan, and any unused items are returned for you.

Garages built for collections, organized in cool months
Large garages here may hold collector cars, e-bikes, golf gear and a workshop. We create clean, zoned storage that suits the house, with closed cabinets for tools and labeled bins overhead.
Garage projects run from mid-October through April. Summer heat in a closed garage is unsafe for long working sessions and damaging to wine, candles, art supplies and electronics, which we relocate indoors.
