Seven Hills homes are well-built and well-lived-in, which shapes the job
Seven Hills rises into the hills of west Henderson, roughly south of the 215 near Eastern Avenue, with views north over the valley and the Strip. Most homes went up from the late 1990s through the 2000s, in a mix of gated and non-gated neighborhoods, and the community wraps around Rio Secco, a Rees Jones-designed golf course.
Many households have been in their homes for years. That means a lot of the work is editing: kitchen cabinets that have absorbed every gadget, closets holding sizes and styles from three different decades, and garages that became the default answer for anything without a home.
None of this means the house is a problem. It usually means the storage was planned for the family that moved in, and the family has changed since. We look at how you live now and rearrange around that.
Kitchens and pantries are where we usually begin
We start a Seven Hills kitchen by emptying a zone at a time and sorting what is there with you. Duplicates and things nobody uses can go to donation; what stays gets placed by how often it is reached for, with daily dishes and pans closest to where they are used.
Walk-in pantries in homes of this era are a real asset, but deep shelves can bury things. Turntables in corners, bins that pull out like drawers and clear labels for backstock make the whole pantry visible. Our pantry organization page for Henderson goes into the details.
Casitas and guest suites deserve their own plan
Plenty of Seven Hills floor plans include a casita or a downstairs guest suite. These spaces often turn into storage between visits, then require a scramble before family arrives.
We organize them so they can work both ways: a closet with labeled bins for overflow storage, plus a guest-ready setup of towels, linens, toiletries and chargers that can be reset in minutes. If a parent or adult child lives in the casita full time, we organize it as a full home with its own kitchen and closet systems.

Closer to the studio means flexible scheduling
Wherever you are in Seven Hills, tell us if your neighborhood is gated and how access works, and we will arrange it before the first session.
- Shorter focused sessions, such as one closet or a pantry, are easy to fit in because travel from Cadence is short
- Multi-day projects can be split across consecutive days or spread over a few weeks
- Maintenance and refresh visits a few times a year are simple to schedule
- Garage work is reserved for mid-October through April, when the heat allows a full day
What it costs and what affects the price
Projects start around $600 with a four-hour minimum. Many projects take a full day, typically around $1,200 with an eight-hour minimum, especially when decluttering is involved or several rooms are on the list.
The size of the space, how much is in it, the team size and whether you want new organizing products all affect the final number. When we buy products, we return anything that is not used. More on how pricing works is on our professional organizer cost page.
