Anthem's homes reflect every stage of life, and so do the projects
Anthem is a large master-planned community in the foothills of the McCullough Range on Henderson's south side, built mainly from the late 1990s through the 2000s. It includes family neighborhoods, the guard-gated Anthem Country Club with its golf course, and the separate 55+ community of Sun City Anthem.
Because so many households have been here for two decades, the requests change with the family. A home that once needed a playroom now needs a guest suite. A garage that held bikes now holds boxes from a parent's house. Organizing is often about catching the home up to the life being lived in it.
Empty nesters: reclaiming rooms that are no longer bedrooms
When kids move out, their rooms often become storage by default. We help you decide what each room should be now, perhaps an office, a craft room, a gym or a proper guest suite, and then sort what is there with that goal in mind.
Items that belong to grown children can be boxed, labeled by owner and stored together until they collect them. Our page on empty nester home organization walks through the process in more detail.
Downsizing within Anthem or into a 55+ home
Some Anthem residents move a few streets over into Sun City Anthem or into a smaller single-story elsewhere in the valley. Downsizing is mostly a decision project: what fits in the new floor plan, what the family wants, and what can be donated or sold.
We measure the new home's closets and cabinets, work through belongings room by room with you, and pack what is moving with clear labels so it can be unpacked into its new place. The movers handle transport, and we can unpack and organize at the other end. Neighbors in the 55+ community can see our Sun City Anthem page.

Multigenerational households need clear lines between spaces
When a parent moves into a casita or downstairs suite, two households suddenly share one kitchen, one laundry room and one garage. We set up shared spaces with labeled zones, give each person their own cabinet or shelf, and organize the suite so it has everything needed for daily life.
If mobility is a concern, we place frequently used items between waist and shoulder height and keep walkways clear. These are organizing choices, not medical ones, and we are glad to follow guidance from the family or care providers.
Clear labels help everyone here, especially guests and caregivers who did not set the system up. A laundry room where each person has a basket and a shelf avoids mix-ups and saves daily back-and-forth.
Practical notes for an Anthem project
Anthem is a short drive across Henderson from our Cadence studio, so focused sessions and multi-day projects are both easy to schedule. If you live behind a gate, put our team on your guest list ahead of time.
Garages are scheduled between mid-October and April. In summer, the heat in a closed garage is unsafe for a full working day and damages things commonly stored there, such as paint, candles, photographs and electronics.
- Smaller projects start around $600 with a four-hour minimum
- Full days typically run around $1,200 with an eight-hour minimum
- Organizing products are added only when needed, and unused ones are returned
