Most projects here start with a move
Sun City Anthem sits in the southern Henderson foothills within the larger Anthem area, and a large share of residents relocate from out of state. They arrive with a moving truck sized for their old home and a new house with a different layout, fewer closets and a smaller garage.
We work through that gap room by room. First we unpack the essentials so the kitchen, bedroom and bath work on day one. Then we move through the rest, deciding with you what earns a place and what can be donated or sold. Our moving to Las Vegas from California page covers what tends to surprise new arrivals.
Right-sizing a lifetime of belongings
Moving from a four-bedroom home into a two-bedroom plan means real choices. We help you prioritize the things you use and love, then find creative but practical storage for them, such as a dining room hutch for heirloom china or a guest-room closet for seasonal clothing.
Fewer, better-organized belongings also make the home easier to maintain as the years go on. We place frequently used items at a comfortable height and keep heavier pieces low. Our downsizing organizer page explains how we help you decide.
Collections deserve a thoughtful answer rather than a storage unit. We might rotate a portion of artwork or books, display a curated selection and pack the rest carefully for family. If a storage unit is truly needed for a period, we can organize that too so items are easy to retrieve.
Close to our studio in Cadence
Our studio is in Cadence, also in Henderson, so Sun City Anthem is a short drive for our team. That makes it easy to split a big project across several consecutive days, or to come back for a follow-up once you have lived with the new systems for a few weeks.
Smaller sessions start around $600 with a four-hour minimum. Whole-home projects usually take full days, typically around $1,200 each, and full-day move-in or packing days start around $1,800. If products are needed we source them to fit, and we take care of returning what is not used.

Clubs, classes and hobbies all need a home
Life in a large active-adult community comes with clubs and classes: fitness, art, cards, travel groups and sports. Residents often build up supplies for several of these at once.
We set up a hobby zone with clear, labeled containers for each activity, and a grab-and-go spot by the door for the bag you take to the community center. A spare room can become a combined office and studio with a simple layout that does both jobs.
Golf is popular here too, and the clubs, shoes and cart accessories get their own corner near the garage door. Pickleball paddles, yoga mats and swim bags go on hooks or in a shelf cubby beside them, so heading out the door takes one stop.
Protecting belongings from Henderson heat
New arrivals are often surprised by how hot a garage gets in a Las Vegas summer, far hotter than the air outside. Photos, artwork, candles, wine, paint, electronics and medications should not live there.
We help you move those items inside and plan garage storage around things that tolerate heat, such as tools, holiday decor in sealed bins and outdoor gear. Our guide on what not to store in a Las Vegas garage has a fuller list.
