Queensridge offers two very different ways to live
Queensridge is a guard-gated luxury community in west Las Vegas, near Rampart Boulevard and Charleston Boulevard, close to Tivoli Village and Boca Park. Its custom and semi-custom estate homes sit on generous lots, and the Queensridge Towers add high-rise residences with views across the valley.
The organizing goals differ. An estate has room to spare and needs order across many spaces; a tower residence has less storage but more polish, and every closet has to earn its place. We plan each kind differently.
Queensridge estates: order across many rooms
In a large custom home, we usually start with the primary dressing room and the kitchen, because they are used daily and set the tone. Clothing is grouped by type and color, accessories get visible homes, and kitchens are divided into daily use, entertaining and backstock.
Casitas, guest suites, wine storage and three-car garages follow. If you have a house manager or housekeeper, we show them the system at the end so resets stay consistent. Our luxury home organizer page covers estate projects in depth.
Estate kitchens often include a second refrigerator, a beverage center or a catering area. We assign each a role, such as drinks and entertaining in one, family groceries in the other, so nobody has to check both to find the milk.
Tower residences: fitting a household into fewer closets
Moving from a house into a high-rise is a common Queensridge story, and the hardest part is usually deciding what comes along. We measure the new closets and cabinets before the move, help you sort with those limits in mind, and pack what is going with labels that match the new rooms.
On move-in day we work around the building's elevator and loading schedule, which your building management sets. Movers bring the boxes up, and we unpack and organize as we go. Our high-rise condo move-in page explains how we plan around buildings.
- Slim, matching hangers to gain closet space
- Drawer dividers and stacking trays inside cabinetry
- Under-bed and top-shelf storage in lidded containers
- One clear home for packages, mail and keys by the door

Heat and dust still apply, even behind the gates
In an estate garage, Las Vegas summer heat can damage wine, candles, electronics, photographs and paint, so we move those inside during the project. Garage organizing is booked between mid-October and April.
In a tower, storage cages or assigned storage rooms can also be warm. We use lidded bins there for anything sensitive to dust or heat, and keep valuables in the residence itself.
Access, timing and the drive from Henderson
Our studio is in Cadence in Henderson, so Queensridge is a drive across the valley. Before each visit, add our team to the gate list, or for the towers, let the front desk know when we are coming and where we can unload supplies.
Projects start around $600 with a four-hour minimum, and most estate rooms take at least a full day, typically around $1,200 with an eight-hour minimum. We source products as needed and return what goes unused.
