One of Las Vegas's oldest estate enclaves
Rancho Circle is a gated neighborhood in central Las Vegas, near Rancho Drive, known for its large lots, mature trees and custom homes, some dating to the mid-twentieth century. It is one of the city's longest-established luxury enclaves, quiet and private despite being minutes from downtown.
Homes here have often been in the same family for a long time or carefully restored by newer owners. Either way, they tend to hold more than a typical house: art, books, collections, papers and furniture with stories attached.
That richness is worth protecting. Our role is to make the house function well day to day while keeping what makes it personal in view and in good condition.
Collections and archives deserve a plan, not a purge
When a home holds collections, the goal is rarely to get rid of them. We help you decide what to display, what to store and how to keep it protected and findable.
Photographs, letters and documents are sorted by person, era or theme, then stored in labeled archival boxes in a conditioned room. Collections are grouped so they can be enjoyed. Nothing is discarded without your decision, and we do not appraise items; if you need a valuation, that is a job for an appraiser. Our page on memorabilia and photo organization goes further.
- Archival boxes and sleeves for photographs and papers
- Inventory lists by room or box, so items can be found later
- Display decisions made with you, rotation for the rest
- Nothing heat-sensitive stored in garages or outbuildings
Guest houses, outbuildings and large lots
Big lots often mean a guest house, a pool house or a detached garage. These spaces tend to collect overflow over the years. We sort what is there, return items to the main house if they belong there, and set up the outbuilding for its real purpose, whether that is guests, hobbies or storage.
Desert heat is the main concern. A detached garage or shed in a Las Vegas summer can get dangerously hot, which ruins photographs, documents, wine, candles and textiles. Those belong inside the conditioned home. We work outbuildings and garages from mid-October through April.

Transitions between generations
Some projects here are tied to a family change: an owner downsizing, a home being passed to children, or an estate being settled. These are sensitive, and we work at the family's pace with compassion, grouping items for each person, preparing donations and organizing what will be kept.
We can coordinate with estate sale companies, movers, appraisers or junk removal services you choose, while we focus on sorting and organizing. Our estate organizing after a loss page explains how those projects work.
Practical details for a Rancho Circle project
From our studio in Cadence in Henderson, Rancho Circle is a drive across the valley via the 215 or I-15. Let us know how gate access works for your home and whether staff or family members will be present.
Larger estates usually need several full days, which typically run around $1,200 each with an eight-hour minimum; focused jobs can start around $600 with a four-hour minimum. Archival and organizing products are added when needed, and we return anything that goes unused.
