Estate-scale homes call for a plan before anything is moved
Tournament Hills homes tend to have more rooms than daily routines, which is why storage drifts: a gift-wrap closet becomes overflow, the casita collects suitcases and the third garage bay fills with things nobody has sorted. With this much space, the risk is less about running out of room and more about not knowing where anything is.
We begin with a walkthrough and a written plan that assigns each category to one place in the house. Then we work room by room so the home stays livable while we go. If you want a whole-property approach, our luxury home organizer service is the closest fit.
Walk-in closets get boutique-style editing
Primary closets in these homes are often room-sized, with islands, glass fronts and dedicated shoe walls. They look effortless only when the contents are edited and every item faces forward.
We pull everything out, group by type and color, retire hangers that do not match and set up shelves so handbags keep their shape. Seasonal pieces rotate less than you might expect in Las Vegas, since winters are short and mild, so we keep heavier coats and occasion wear high or in a guest closet and give daily pieces the prime space. Golf gear and the garage deserve their own zone
Living beside TPC Summerlin, many households keep more than one bag, plus shoes, gloves, balls, rangefinders and travel cases. A dedicated golf station near the garage door keeps it all together, with a drying spot for shoes and a shelf for range-day basics.
Garage work is scheduled between mid-October and April. Desert heat in a closed garage can climb well past the outdoor temperature, which also makes it a poor place for wine, candles, artwork or electronics. We relocate those during the project. The golf equipment storage page has more detail.

Casitas, wine rooms and bars are organized for hosting
A casita works best when a guest can find towels, chargers and coffee without asking. We stock it like a small suite, with labeled drawers and a short checklist for resets between visitors.
Wine rooms and bars benefit from grouping by type or region, a clear spot for bottles ready to drink and barware stored by use. Climate control is the homeowner's domain; our part is the arrangement and labeling inside it.
Entertaining homes also collect serving pieces, linens and holiday tableware that only come out a few times a year. We group those by occasion in a butler's pantry, hutch or labeled storage room so setting up for a dinner party starts with one shelf instead of a search through three rooms.
Gate access, privacy and scheduling
Tournament Hills is guard-gated, so we confirm our names and arrival window with you ahead of each session. Many owners are part-time residents or travel often, and we can plan work while you are away once the plan is approved.
We drive in from our Henderson studio in Cadence and work throughout Summerlin. Larger estate projects usually run one or more full days, which typically start around $1,200 for eight hours, and products are sourced to the plan with unused items returned for you.
