We are your neighbors, which makes scheduling simple
Our studio sits right in Cadence, in the east part of Henderson, so a project here does not start with a long drive. That gives us more flexibility on start times, makes it easy to split a big job across several shorter days and lets us stop by for a quick adjustment once you have lived with a new system.
It also means we know these floor plans. Cadence is a newer community with homes built over roughly the last decade, and many layouts repeat from street to street. We have a good sense of how the pantries, laundry rooms and garages tend to be shaped before we walk in.
New homes need a system on day one
Plenty of Cadence households are recent arrivals, moving from elsewhere in the valley, from California or from other states. A new house comes with clean shelves and no decisions made, and the first arrangement tends to stick.
We unpack and set up each room so it works from the start: dishes near the dishwasher, lunch supplies by the fridge, a drop zone by the garage door. If you are about to close, our new construction move-in organization service is designed for exactly this moment.
Builder pantries and closets can hold much more
Many new-build pantries and closets come with fixed wire shelving and a single rod. Those are a fine start, but they waste vertical space and make small items hard to find.
We add risers, bins, turntables and door-mounted racks in the pantry, and double-hang, shelf dividers and drawer units in closets. If you want built-ins, we can work with a closet company of your choice. See our pantry organization and closet organization in Henderson pages.

Family life near the park
Cadence was planned around parks, trails and a large central park, and many households are young families. That means kids' rooms, playrooms, sports gear and school paperwork are often the spaces that need help most.
We set up kid-height storage, picture labels for toy bins and a simple command center for schedules and school forms. For homes with a casita or next-gen suite, we can organize that space for a visiting parent or long-term guest.
Being near Lake Mead Parkway also puts Lake Mead and the River Mountains trails within easy reach, so bikes, paddleboards and hiking gear show up in many garages here. We give each activity a zone on the wall so the floor stays clear for the cars.
- Playroom bins sized for little hands
- A launch pad by the door for backpacks and shoes
- Out-of-size clothes boxed and labeled by size
- A school paperwork station that empties weekly
What a project in Cadence costs
Focused projects, such as a pantry or a single closet, start around $600 with a four-hour minimum. Multiple rooms or a full garage typically run a full day, around $1,200 for eight hours, and a full-day move-in or unpacking project starts around $1,800.
Organizing products are an added cost only when needed. We source bins, baskets and labels that fit your space, and we handle returns of anything unused. Our professional organizer cost page explains what affects the final number.
Because we are local, we can often break a large project into shorter visits rather than one long day, which some families find easier with young children at home. We will suggest the format that fits your household during the consultation.
