One community, many kinds of homes
Green Valley Ranch developed mostly from the late 1990s through the 2000s and includes a wide mix of neighborhoods, some open and some gated. Near the Green Valley Ranch Resort and The District shopping area, you find everything from compact townhomes to large homes with pools, casitas and three-car garages.
That range is why we start every project with a walkthrough rather than a package. A townhome kitchen and an estate primary closet need very different plans, products and team sizes. The consultation is where we work out which one you need.
Many homeowners here bought years ago and have since added children, a home business or an aging parent. Storage that worked for the first chapter often needs rethinking for the current one, and that is usually where we come in.
Home offices for people who work from Henderson
Many Green Valley Ranch residents work from home, at least part of the week. A home office that also stores holiday decor, kids' crafts and old tax returns does not help anyone focus.
We clear the office of things that belong elsewhere, set up a simple filing system with you, tame cords and chargers and create a reset routine that takes five minutes at the end of the day. Our home office organization page covers what we typically include.
- Active files within arm's reach, archives elsewhere
- A labeled spot for every device and charger
- Office supplies in shallow, divided drawers
- A paper inbox that is emptied weekly
Kitchens that keep up with a busy household
Family kitchens in Green Valley Ranch see a lot of traffic: breakfast, lunch-packing, after-school snacks and dinner, often with several people in the room at once. The fix is clear zones and fewer things on the counters.
We group by task, give kids their own reachable snack and dish zone, and set up the pantry so restocking is obvious. If the kitchen was remodeled, we plan the new drawers and cabinets from scratch. See our kitchen organization service for details.

Closets and casitas in the larger gated homes
The gated sections of Green Valley Ranch include homes with walk-in primary closets, guest casitas and bonus rooms. Those spaces often collect overflow when life gets busy.
We edit and arrange walk-in closets by category and color, store occasion and travel items high, and stock casitas so guests can settle in without asking for anything. For gated streets, we confirm arrival details with you ahead of time.
Bonus rooms deserve a single clear job. When a loft is trying to be a playroom, a gym and a guest space at once, none of them work well. We help you pick its primary use, then build storage that supports it and moves the rest elsewhere.
Planning, pricing and garage timing
Green Valley Ranch is close to our studio in Cadence, so we can schedule consecutive days for bigger projects or shorter follow-ups. Focused projects start around $600 with a four-hour minimum, and full days typically run around $1,200.
Garage projects are booked from mid-October through April, since Henderson summers make a closed garage too hot for safe work and for many stored items. Read more on our garage organization in Henderson page.
During a garage project we also bring inside the things heat damages most, such as candles, photographs, paint, wine and electronics. What stays is zoned on the walls and in labeled bins overhead, leaving room to park.
