Property managers call us for the jobs no vendor on the list covers
Your handyman fixes things, your cleaners clean and your movers move. But when an owner's locked storage closet has turned into a pile, when a leasing office supply room no longer has a usable shelf, or when a client's parent's home needs sorting before it can be leased, none of those vendors is the right fit. That is organizing work.
We sort, edit, pack, unpack and set up storage systems. We source and install organizing products like bins, shelf dividers and labels, and we coordinate with your other vendors so the job moves in a sensible order.
Common property management projects
The work varies by portfolio, but most requests fall into a few groups.
| Situation | What we do |
|---|---|
| Owner lockout closet in a managed home | Sort, label and contain the owner's stored items so the closet is usable and inventoried |
| Leasing office or clubhouse | Supply room and storage organized with labels and par levels for staff |
| Absentee or out-of-state owner | Unpack deliveries, set up the kitchen, closets and linens before they arrive |
| Owner moving out to lease the home | Pack and label belongings the owner is keeping, organize what stays for tenants |
| Estate or family transition | Sensitive sorting with the family, preparing donations, packing what is kept |
Access, keys and decisions are agreed before the first visit
When you manage a property, you are responsible for who goes in and when. We confirm the access method, the hours we can be on site, and who makes decisions about belongings before we schedule anything. If an owner is out of state, we agree on how to reach them, usually by photo and message, so nothing waits on a callback.
Keep, donate and discard choices always belong to the owner or the person whose things they are. We never remove items without that approval. For situations where discretion matters, our page on privacy and discretion with a home organizer explains how we handle personal belongings.

Las Vegas portfolios bring a few recurring challenges
The valley has a large share of second homes, investment properties and owners who live part of the year elsewhere. Those homes often come with stored seasonal items, golf gear and pool equipment in a hot garage, and a kitchen nobody has fully unpacked. We prioritize moving heat-sensitive items, like candles, photos, electronics and wine, out of the garage and into the house.
Garage projects themselves are scheduled mid-October through April because summer garages here are too hot for sustained work. Interior work runs year-round. If a home is between tenants, let us know the turnover date so we can fit organizing between your maintenance and cleaning vendors.
Where organizing sits in your vendor schedule
In most turnovers the order is: organizing and packing first, then repairs and maintenance, then cleaning, then photos or a new occupant. Getting belongings sorted and contained first gives your trades clear space and keeps cleaning from happening twice.
We don't make repairs, haul junk or clean, but we can coordinate with the junk removal company, donation drop-offs and movers you or the owner choose. For packed storage elsewhere, our storage unit organization service can sort what is kept off-site too.
