Closets, pantries and garages are what buyers open first
Buyers judge storage by what they see inside it. A packed pantry reads as a small pantry, and a closet with clothes on the floor reads as not enough closet. Editing and organizing those spaces before photos is one of the simplest ways to make a home feel larger without spending on renovations.
We work with your seller to edit what is in the home, not to stage it with rented furniture. That means sorting, decluttering, organizing what remains into neat, consistent containers, and packing away what they won't need before the move. Our organizing before selling page speaks to sellers directly if you want something to forward.
How a listing project works from your first call
We keep it simple for agents. There's no account to open and nothing to sign; you make an introduction and we handle the scheduling with your client.
- Tell us the target photo date, the expected list date and anything the seller is anxious about
- Your seller contacts us for a free consultation, in person or by photos
- We recommend a plan, team size and number of sessions, then book them backward from the photo date
- We declutter and organize the highest-impact spaces first, then pre-pack items the sellers can live without
- Donations are prepared for the sellers to drop off or for a pickup service they choose
Las Vegas timing changes which spaces to prioritize
Garage organizing runs from mid-October through April because summer heat in a closed Las Vegas garage is unsafe for long working sessions. For a summer listing, we focus inside: closets, kitchen, pantry, laundry and bathrooms. If the garage is part of the plan, book it in the cooler months or tell the seller early so they can reserve a date.
Many valley sellers are relocating out of state or downsizing into a 55-plus community, and some are part-time residents who are already gone. We can work with a vacant or partly furnished home if the seller arranges access and is reachable for decisions, since keep and donate choices are always theirs.

We stay in our lane and coordinate with the rest of your team
Your stager stages, your cleaner cleans, and your movers move. Sorted Spaces declutters, organizes, packs and unpacks. We can coordinate with handymen and junk removal companies the seller hires so the timeline holds, but we don't do repairs, haul trash or deep clean.
That separation helps you plan. Organizing usually comes first, then any staging, then the final cleaning before photos. If you have a preferred stager or photographer, we'll work to their schedule.
After closing, we help your buyers move in
The same team that helps a seller pack can help a buyer unpack. Movers handle the truck and the furniture; we unpack boxes room by room, set up the kitchen and closets and remove packing materials, so your buyer's first week in the new home feels settled instead of chaotic.
Some agents like to give an organizing session as a closing gift. Our realtor closing gift page explains how that works, and buyers can also book unpacking services on their own.
